An 11-year-old boy tragically died after the quad bike he was riding crashed into a tree on a mango farm in the Northern Territory. A 38-year-old man, who was also on the bike, suffered leg injuries and was taken to Royal Darwin Hospital. Emergency services found the boy unresponsive and despite attempts at CPR, he was pronounced dead at the scene. This incident highlights the dangers of quad bikes, which have been linked to over 195 fatalities on farms since 2011.
