The UK will experience a clock change on Sunday, 26 October, when the clocks go back one hour, marking the end of British Summer Time (BST) and the return to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). As daylight decreases, sunset will shift forward by an hour, despite the gradual loss of four to five minutes of daylight each day.
