A petition by resident Peter Bacon to enhance street safety for wheelchair users on Lennard Street in Eaton has been accepted by the Shire of Dardanup. The council, voting unanimously, will investigate implementing traffic calming measures, pedestrian footpaths, and upgraded roadside kerbing to address safety concerns for homeowners reliant on wheelchairs.
