Apple tests ‘Veritas’ chatbot for Siri’s AI improvements with employees

According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is testing a revamped Siri using an internal chatbot named Veritas, which allows for the development and feedback of new features like personal data searches and in-app actions. While similar to other chatbots, Veritas is currently for internal use only, with Apple expected to rely on Google’s Gemini for AI-powered search.
