Man strikes neighbor with scaffolding pole in dispute

A drunken Shane Berry, 53, attacked his neighbor Mark Taylor over a dispute about a shed, breaking into his home armed with a knife and a scaffolding pole. Berry has been sentenced to six years in prison for grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon after causing severe injuries to Mark, who defended himself as his family sought safety.
