Fani Willis Remains Disqualified from Trump’s Georgia Case

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis remains disqualified from prosecuting the election interference case against Donald Trump after the Georgia Supreme Court declined to hear her appeal. The case, stemming from alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, will now be assigned to an independent prosecutor by the Prosecuting Attorneys Council of Georgia.
