Naasón Joaquín García, leader of the La Luz del Mundo megachurch, has been indicted on racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, adding to his existing more than 16-year prison sentence for sexual abuse. The indictment alleges García and five others exploited church members for decades, creating child sexual abuse materials and coercing victims into silence through intimidation.
