Amid US flirtation, Cambodia stresses ‘steel’ ties to China — Radio Free Asia

Cambodian Senate President Hun Sen announced his son’s government will uphold strong ties with Beijing before U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s visit.

Austin, attending the Shangri-La Dialogue in Singapore, will meet with Chinese Defense Minister Dong Jun before heading to Phnom Penh to meet with Prime Minister Hun Manet.
