Microsoft fires two more employees for participating in Palestine protests on campus

Microsoft has terminated two employees, Nisreen Jaradat and Julius Shan, for their involvement in protests against the company’s contracts with the Israeli military, following earlier dismissals of two other employees for similar actions. The protests, organized by the No Azure for Apartheid group, included encampments at Microsoft’s headquarters and attempts to stream inside the office of president Brad Smith, who stated that the protesters’ actions were “not ok.”
