Jurors are deliberating whether a makeshift kennel in a caravan was sufficient to contain a pack of aggressive dogs that fatally mauled a man. The Crown argued that the caravan was entirely inappropriate for such dangerous dogs, as they presented their case against the dogs’ owner, Abel Wira.
