Ontario’s nursing college has found Lindsey Coyle of Fort Frances guilty of professional misconduct, following her guilty plea for criminal negligence causing the death of 76-year-old Hermina Fletcher in 2015. Coyle agreed to surrender her nursing license, acknowledging the mistrust and shame her actions brought to the nursing community.
