A tenancy dispute escalated into a legal battle between a landlord, Ben Po Ching, and his former tenant over allegations of unpaid rent, drug abuse, and poor living conditions. The Tenancy Tribunal ruled that Po Ching rented out a substandard home, and following his death, his widow is now responsible for the compensation ordered to the tenant.
