The Thunder Bay Port Authority (TBPA) in northwestern Ontario is set to increase harbour fees, a move described by CEO Chris Heikkinen as long overdue. The fee hikes are aimed at facilitating upgrades to the portโ€™s aging infrastructure and enhancing daily operations.
