Arizona police revealed new details about the drowning of Emilie Kiser’s 3-year-old son, Trigg, who was left unsupervised in the family’s pool for at least seven minutes on May 12, while her husband, Brady Kiser, was allegedly distracted by a $25 sports bet. Although initially recommended for child abuse charges, Brady was not prosecuted due to insufficient evidence, with authorities concluding it was a tragic accident.
