Chelsea has made a formal offer for winger Xavi Simons after positive discussions with RB Leipzig, who value him at €70m. Expecting to negotiate down to around €65m, this transfer could be Chelsea’s last major signing of the summer, as they also look to offload players like Raheem Sterling and Axel Disasi.
