Court orders 15-year-old caught repeatedly with vapes to be placed in boys' home

A 15-year-old boy in Singapore has been ordered by the court to spend two years at the Singapore Boys’ Home after being caught with electronic vaporizers five times. Under the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, it is illegal to possess, purchase, or use vaping devices, and the boy faced numerous charges from both the Health Sciences Authority and the police.
