A tsunami warning has been issued following three significant earthquakes off the Pacific coast of Russia, including one measuring 7.4 in magnitude, according to the USGS. The quakes, which occurred near Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky within 32 minutes, were accompanied by a magnitude 5.0 tremor and several aftershocks, with a population of over 163,152 in the city.
