U.S. may change or get rid of liquid limit for carry-ons, U.S. Homeland Security secretary says

U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has suggested potential changes to the TSA’s liquid restrictions for carry-on luggage, which could ease the 3-1-1 rule established after a 2006 liquid explosives threat. With advancements in CT scanner technology, the U.S. may follow the UK and other countries in relaxing these rules, allowing for a more convenient travel experience.
