Europeans warn Iran of UN sanctions unless concrete progress on nuclear talks

France, Britain, and Germany urged Iran to resume nuclear diplomacy and warned that failure to show concrete progress by summer’s end would lead to a restoration of U.N. sanctions. Following recent air strikes on Iran’s nuclear program, the E3 and the EU’s foreign policy chief expressed concerns about the lack of inspections and the unrealistic timeline for a new nuclear accord.
