Arc’s new browser for Windows is too twee for me

I must confess, I was initially put off by the new Arc browser.

First of all, the name of the maker: The Browser Company of New York. Are we supposed to picture the browser being meticulously created in a refurbished blacksmith’s workshop in Brooklyn, serving up HTML sourced directly from local farms?
