Yellowstone National Park officials reported that a man was injured by a bison after kicking it in the leg, making it the first incident involving a visitor and one of the park’s iconic animals this year.

After receiving treatment for minor injuries, the man, identified as Clarence Yoder, 40, was arrested and taken into custody by park rangers.
