Jamaican doing life for 'execution style' Ontario killing wins shot at 'faint hope' release

Sean Lenworth Anthony Spence, sentenced to life for orchestrating the 2007 “execution style” murder of Jonathan Chambers over a drug deal, has been granted a hearing under Canada’s “faint hope clause” after serving over 15 years. While Spence did not pull the trigger, he was deemed the mastermind behind the kidnapping and murder, and if released, he faces deportation to Jamaica.
