Facebook rolls out passkey support to fight phishing attacks

Facebook is introducing passkey support in its mobile app, allowing users to log in using device-specific authentication methods, enhancing account security against unauthorized access and phishing scams. The feature will also be available in the Messenger app and can be used alongside traditional passwords and other security methods like two-factor authentication and physical security keys.
