One of Europe’s largest music festivals, Exit, will hold its 25th edition in Serbia from July 10-13, 2024, but will not return due to “undemocratic pressures” and funding cuts linked to its support for student-led anti-corruption protests. The festival, which has historically supported activism, is a significant cultural event in Serbia, attracting over 200,000 visitors last year, but faces challenges amid political tensions.
