London commuters furious after being overcharged for tickets due to ‘technical glitch’

C2C train passengers are experiencing overcharges of up to £3 due to a technical issue affecting contactless fares on routes to and from Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street stations. The operator has advised customers to check their bank statements and is working with TfL to resolve the glitch and issue refunds for overcharged journeys.
