Alex Lynn achieved the fastest qualifying time for the 2025 Le Mans 24 Hours, clocking in at 3m22.847s with his Cadillac, narrowly beating Dries Vanthoor’s BMW by four hundredths of a second. During the qualifying session, held in hot evening temperatures of 31C, Ferrari showcased its speed, with Yifei Ye setting an early pace of 3m23.994s in the #83 car, which was three tenths quicker than Alessandro Pier Guidi’s #51 entry. This competitive session highlighted the intense rivalry among the top teams as they prepared for the prestigious endurance race.
