An 11-year-old Palestinian boy, Adam al-Najjar, who survived an Israeli airstrike that killed his father and nine siblings, is being evacuated to Italy for medical treatment. Adam, accompanied by his mother Dr. Alaa al-Najjar, is expected to fly to Milan after being injured during the strike in Khan Younis on May 23. The evacuation is part of an ongoing mission that has seen 150 Palestinian patients airlifted to Italy amid the ongoing conflict, which has resulted in significant casualties in Gaza.
