Two people were shot and killed on the Las Vegas Strip in an apparent targeted incident linked to an online dispute. Police responded to gunfire near the Bellagio Hotel around 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, finding the victims with gunshot wounds. The suspect, 41-year-old Manuel Ruiz, surrendered to authorities on Monday and faces two counts of open murder with a deadly weapon. Undersheriff Andrew Walsh emphasized that the shooting was isolated and that the suspect and victims had prior conflicts on social media.
