The food options were limited, with only one day offering chips, and Susan, who has ulcerative colitis, found it difficult to eat much of what was available, leading to extra costs for meals and beverages. TUI UK expressed regret over her dissatisfaction and has reached out to resolve the issue, but Susan stated she would not book with them again.
