COE premiums down across all categories except for motorcycles

SINGAPORE COE Prices Update

In the latest bidding exercise, Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices in Singapore fell across most categories, with motorcycles being the only exception; Category A car premiums dropped to S$96,999 from S$102,501, while Category B saw a decrease to S$113,000 from S$116,988. The total number of COEs available increased by over 6% for the May to July period, rising to 18,232 compared to 17,133 in the previous quarter, reflecting a 21% year-on-year increase. A total of 4,045 bids were received during this exercise, indicating strong demand.
