Kingtow has faced numerous complaints from customers about exorbitant towing fees, with charges reaching $5,400 for minor tows, leading to disputes with insurance companies like RACWA. As new regulations are planned for the towing industry in Western Australia, Minister Jessica Stojkovski highlighted Wessels’ behavior as indicative of problematic operators in the field.
