24-year-old Mackenzie Dawn Hardy was released from Fort Saskatchewan Correctional Centre due to fraudulent release papers and is now evading law enforcement while taunting them on TikTok, amassing half a million likes. Hardy faces multiple charges, including possession of controlled substances and impaired driving, and disputes the government’s claim of a fraudulent release order, asserting her release was legitimate. The Alberta Crown Prosecution Service is investigating the incident, and warrants for her arrest have been issued as RCMP continue their efforts to locate her.
