SINGAPORE: The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) has warned travellers of expected “very heavy” traffic at Singapore-Malaysia land checkpoints during the upcoming June school holidays (May 31 – June 29) and Hari Raya Haji weekend (June 6 – June 9). Longer waiting times are anticipated, with suggestions to check the traffic situation before travelling and consider cross-border bus services to avoid congestion. ICA also advises ensuring passport validity and compliance with regulations to facilitate smoother immigration clearance.
