SINGAPORE: The Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is reviewing the permanent residence statuses of Ian Fang and Lev Panfilov, due to their criminal convictions. Fang, a former actor, received a 40-month jail sentence for sexual offences against a minor, while Panfilov was sentenced to over 11 years for rape and sexual assault.
