Fourth New Orleans jail escapee captured as manhunt for 6 others continues

Louisiana State Police announced the capture of Gary C. Price, a 21-year-old inmate charged with first-degree murder, who was one of ten inmates that escaped from New Orleans’ main jail. As of Monday, six escapees remain at large, with over 200 law enforcement personnel involved in the search and a reward of $20,000 offered for information leading to their capture. Authorities are investigating potential insider involvement in the escape, which occurred through a hole in a jail cell bathroom fixture, resulting in three employees being placed on leave.
