Wrestler Kyle Snyder, a 2016 Olympic gold medalist, pled guilty to disorderly conduct and was fined $250 following his arrest in a prostitution sting in Columbus, Ohio, on May 10. He is currently temporarily suspended by SafeSport for allegations of misconduct and has completed a john school course for soliciting sex, stating he’s learned important lessons about his decisions and their impacts. Snyder qualified for the 97kg spot at the upcoming Final X event, but USA Wrestling has not confirmed if he will retain that position pending the outcome of his suspension.
