Wisconsin judge pleads not guilty to obstructing immigration agents

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan pleaded not guilty to charges of obstructing federal agents attempting to detain an undocumented immigrant in her courtroom. Dugan is accused of confronting ICE agents and misleading them about the need for a judicial warrant, as well as facilitating the exit of the undocumented immigrant and his lawyer to evade arrest. She faces potential penalties of up to six years in prison and $350,000 in fines if convicted, following her indictment by a federal grand jury.
