SINGAPORE: All Haj pilgrims from Singapore traveling to Saudi Arabia in June must be vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19, in addition to the required meningococcal shot, as updated by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA). Pilgrims must provide proof of vaccination, including a single dose of the updated COVID-19 vaccine or confirmation of recovery from infection in 2024, while the influenza shot must be received within 12 months prior to travel. The authorities recommend consulting healthcare providers for additional vaccinations and ensuring readiness for border checks with both physical and digital vaccination records.
