Emergency services responded to a crowded Auckland restaurant, Mulan Malaysian Restaurant in Birkenhead, after an injured man entered claiming he had been stabbed. The incident occurred shortly after 8pm, and a police spokesperson confirmed that the individual was taken to Auckland Hospital while authorities began an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the injury. Police are currently working to gather more information regarding the incident.
