James White embarked on a seven-day bus journey from Land’s End to John O’Groats, taking 46 buses and raising £4,000 for mental health charity Campaign Against Living Miserably. Along the way, he encountered quirky characters, including a man trying to sell pigeons and overheard conversations that left him curious, such as discussions about why someone’s husband left. While he enjoyed some scenic routes, he found the bus journey from Stockport to Manchester less pleasant, ultimately feeling satisfaction upon completing his mission.
