Parker D. Kramer, 20, was found naked in a 13-year-old girl’s bedroom after her father, alerted by noises, confronted him and fired shots at the ground as he fled. Following a manhunt aided by a drone, deputies located Kramer, who was charged with rape, sodomy, and burglary, and is currently held on a $250,000 bond. The identities of the victim and her father remain confidential to protect her privacy, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for Monday to determine if the case will proceed to a grand jury.
