A tragic accident on April 20 resulted in the death of 14-year-old Ryan Liam Morgan when a van driven by his father, 31-year-old Daniel Burba, crashed into a tree on the M6. Burba, who was seriously injured but has since been discharged from the hospital, faces charges of causing death by dangerous driving, as well as driving unlicensed and uninsured. Student rescued from Mount Fuji goes back for his phone and has to be rescued again
