Former St. Joseph football star Howard Cross III signs with Cincinnati Bengals

Howard Cross III, a former St. Joseph defensive lineman, has signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent shortly after the 2025 NFL Draft. The son of ex-Giants tight end Howard Cross Jr., he was recognized as a first-team All-North Jersey selection in his senior year, 2018. Cross III played six seasons at Notre Dame, starting full-time in his last two years and contributing to the team’s run to the National Championship Game last season.
