Junk World is the upcoming stop-motion animated film set in the Junk Head universe, taking place 1042 years before the original 2017 film. The plot centers around a team of human and Mulligan investigators, led by Captain Tris and clone Dante, who are sent to the underground city of Carp Bar to investigate anomalies while being targeted by the “Gyula cult.” Directed by Takahide Hori, Junk World will be released in Japan on June 13, 2025.
