British man ‘shoots himself in head’ playing Russian roulette ‘high on drugs’

A British tourist, Michael James Ward, is in intensive care in Thailand after playing Russian roulette while high on cannabis and laughing gas with a friend, Alichanovas Emilijus. Alichanovas declined to play and found Michael injured after hearing gunshots while in bed, resulting in Michael being rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The police are investigating the incident and waiting for Michael to regain consciousness to get his account of what happened.
