US pop star Chappell Roan is the latest musical act announced for this year’s Edinburgh Summer Sessions, performing at the Royal Highland Showgrounds on 26 August. The 27-year-old, who won best newcomer at the Grammys last year, is known for hits like Good Luck, Babe!, HOT-TO-GO! and Pink Pony Club. Promoters Gigs in Scotland promise fans can expect “bold pop hooks, sex positivity, honest songwriting, and a heavy dose of glitter” at the event.
