Florida Man Arrested for ‘Unlawfully’ Boarding Younger Fisherman’s Boat After Video of Heated Confrontation Goes Viral

Brock Horner, a 40-year-old Florida man, was arrested after unlawfully boarding a fisherman’s boat in Punta Gorda amid a verbal confrontation. Horner has been charged with burglary with assault or battery. The incident was captured on video and went viral on social media platforms. Horner’s attorney issued a statement apologizing for his client’s actions and asking for understanding and room for growth. The Fisherman’s Village in Punta Gorda has severed all association with Horner. The Punta Gorda Police Department is conducting an investigation along with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the U.S. Coast Guard.
