Chicago’s only Aurelio’s to close next month: report – NBC Chicago

Aurelio’s, a well-known Chicago pizza chain, will be closing its lone downtown location at the south end of Grant Park on May 31 after a decade in business, as reported by TimeOut Chicago. Originally founded in 1959 in suburban Homewood, Aurelio’s has grown to over 40 locations, mainly in the Chicago suburbs and northwest Indiana, with a few outside the region in places like Las Vegas and Naples, Florida.
