South Korea’s gaming giant Krafton has acquired a controlling stake in Indian gaming studio Nautilus Mobile for $14 million, aiming to strengthen its mobile cricket games in the Indian market. Nautilus, known for its Real Cricket franchise, will continue to operate independently, with plans to expand globally and explore new genres under Krafton’s ownership. The deal reflects Krafton’s strategic focus on India’s growing mobile gaming market, beyond the success of its flagship title BGMI, with the company investing over $200 million in the country to date.
