Regional gas prices in the Central Atlantic declined for the second week, averaging $3.05 per gallon, down from $3.09, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. This represents a 4-cent decrease from last month and is 13% lower than the average of $3.52 a year ago. Compared to the national average of $3.11, Central Atlantic prices are about 1.8% lower, with the region’s prices historically ranging from $3.05 to $3.57 over the past year.
